This privacy policy applies to the MX Video Pro app (the "Application") for mobile devices that was created by MX Video Pro Developer (the "Service Provider") as a free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application may collect automatically generated technical information when you download and use it, such as your device's Internet Protocol address, the pages or screens of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent in the Application, and the operating system you use on your mobile device. The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

The Application is a local media and user-provided playlist player. It does not host, provide, sell, curate, or include channels, movies, shows, playlists, streams, or streaming subscriptions. You may choose to import local video or audio files, paste M3U playlist text, import a playlist URL, or add a direct HLS/stream URL.

Playlist source URLs, parsed stream names, groups, logo URLs, stream URLs, favorites, hidden items, recent playback history, and playback progress are stored locally on your device to provide the library, playlist, history, and player features. When you play or import a user-provided URL, the Application may make direct network requests to the host or provider that you entered. The Service Provider does not proxy or resell those streams.

Only aggregated, anonymized data may be periodically transmitted to external services to help the Service Provider improve the Application and service. The Service Provider may disclose user-provided and automatically collected information as required by law, to protect rights and safety, investigate fraud, respond to a government request, or with trusted service providers who work on behalf of the Service Provider and agree to follow this privacy policy.

You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application. You can also reset local library records, playback history, favorites, hidden items, playlists, and progress inside the Application where those controls are provided.

Local media library records, user-provided playlist data, playback history, favorites, hidden items, and progress remain on your device until you delete or reset them in the Application or uninstall the Application. If you would like the Service Provider to delete user-provided data that you submitted outside the local app, contact mxvideopro@gmail.com.

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If you believe that a child has provided personally identifiable information through the Application or related services, contact mxvideopro@gmail.com so appropriate action can be taken.

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information and uses reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards for information processed and maintained by the Application.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify users of changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for changes.
